Return Policy         

We ensure that every dress/accessory is shipped without any damage or imperfection. An examination is run by one of our associates before any goods are sent for delivery.

All shipped packages are insured and need to be signed for delivery confirmation by USPS Priority; If no one signs for it, the packages will be held at your local USPS Office until is pick-up and the delivery confirmation sheet is signed.

Damaged or incorrect goods:

If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will gladly provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise, shipped with our compliments.

Return exceptions - General:
Please, note that all dresses are delivered with a tag which must remain intact in order to return the item. Once the tag has been removed, the dress is no longer returnable.

• All undergarments, intimate wear are non-refundable.

• All custom sizes are final sale.

• Exchanges and returns must be made
   within 10 days of delivery confirmation.
• All sales are final after 10 days of delivery confirmation.

Return Credit

If you are returning your merchandise for credit due, we will issue you the full credit due back to you according to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Also, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are unable to accept C.O.D. packages.                                                  

Shipping and Handling

Standard Shipping Costs:  Shipping costs are determined by your order total. Certain items bear a shipping surcharge based on size and/weight. These surcharges are clearly shown on applicable product pages.

Handling/Processing Time:  In-stock goods are processed within 72 hrs. Non-stock goods can take from 7-10 days or sooner for processing time plus shipping time. Most wedding gowns and custom dresses take 6-8 weeks for complete process. All shipping details are specified at descriptions for each item.

Rush Orders:  If you need to rush your order, please contact us first to ensure your purchase will be shipped within the time frame requested. A extra fee of $35 is charged separately for over-night/next day shipping; For custom orders a single $75 fee will be charged for 25 business days production plus next-day shipping via USPS Priority Express or UPS or whichever is less.
